Weight UPdate

So my meeting wasn't as successful as they have been in the past. I was up .8 and not thrilled about it. Everyone says you reach a plateau and i guess this is mine... and it is not fun. I am working really hard and drowning myself in water everyday... just a little frustrating when you don't see the results. Oh well, I am changing up everything I can think of for next week. I will keep you "posted".
